Couples counselling is a game changer for couples in every relationship stage! Book a couples session to talk through challenges and strengthen your connection. Also available via Zoom.
DBT Skills Groups
Join a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills group and learn strategies to manage intense emotions, reduce substance abuse, increase your coping skills and improve your relationships! These groups go for 10 weeks and are run both online via zoom, or in person in Crows Nest, Sydney.
Corporate Services
Various therapeutic individual or group corporate services such as counselling, coaching, mediation, workshops and personal training that can be tailored to the needs your workplace to improve staff wellbeing and performance!
